Rynum really Rocked!

Adam Lambert was fantastic! I heard the show sold out fast. They always do! He is incredible!

I couldn't convince my parents to go, but 8 friends from work wanted to go with me. Unfortunately, six backed out on me. They had good reason to do so with a 5 hour PASS training for the job posted up (mandatory attendance) for the morning (posted only as I went to buy the tickets, I might also add).

It was my Birthday, so one of my closest co-worker friends and I went to Nashville anyhow. A little over 3 hours driving there and 3 more driving back.

We almost got stuck for the night with a $50 tow fee on top actually. If anyone went that night and saw a tall, long-haired chick wandering around like a lost puppy dog after the show, that was me! My truck refused to start. It wouldn't even click over! It has never done that before! I was SO upset!

It wasn't the battery as we thought. My starter sounded like it went bad, but has been working fine since. I checked to see if it was in park right or the steering wheel locked at the wrong spot, but that didn't help either. I might be a girl, but I haven't had the truck long and I didn't know that it has any quirks other than the door locks and the stereo. A taxi cab driver helped us get it going. Something about putting it in Neutral and trying to start it? We had to drive straight through home without stopping (except for gas and I pumped it with the truck still running-I know, not a good idea), but it was worth it! Any day...

I will certainly be getting tickets for the 9/11/10 Harrah's performance. Maybe I can get my parents to that one. They definitely like Tunica enough (for the casinos-blah). I have already put in for two nights off (if I can get them approved) just so I can go without being rushed or so wiped out the following day at work.

I am a little hoarse from screaming so loud, but it was also worth it to see you crack a grin while singing! He did so several times and the crowd went even wilder to see it again...

I think people were a bit bored while Ashley and Orianthi were on. Don't tell them that, but it was one hundred percent YOU everyone went to that show to see.

Although, I would think they might want to make two lines and and two booths for the shirts and things. The lines were ridiculously long and slow. I am sure a LOT of people left rather than face them. You probably wouldn't want to turn away a paying fan, I am sure.

Otherwise, nothing about the night was bad. I have no regrets. Best Birthday I have had in a long time. My buddy liked the little drummer boy, but I thought the second cutest was by far the little, blond guitarist. Adam hugged him, grinned and asked if he was 'pretty'. He is...very. The whole crowd agreed. The dancers were hot too...very limber.

Enjoy the rest of the tour! It is worth the money!

I will see the start of the next one too...

Love ya all,

I think the Harrah's show was sold out days after the Ryman did...Atlanta too. I also don't think they are letting me off that weekend at work either. Who knows? I would love a chance to see him in concert again, but it doesn't look like I will get the chance anytime soon.

Question Resolved...

Thanks for everyone's comments in my Journals and my e-mails. You are so right. I am not letting people stop me this time. I am going to that Adam Lambert concert. One of my co-workers decided to go with me. Unfortunately, the other four backed out for personal reasons and I have to hurry back home like Cinderella after the ball, but I will be going.

I have even asked off of work in Sept. for his next concert near here. If I can, I will go to that one too. Only I am planning this one ahead so it won't be anywhere near as rushed.

I think it is a step in the right direction. I mean, I have gotten to the point where I talk openly about my 'fetishes'. If a man can dream of two lesbians, why can't I dream of two males~one bi and one gay? Same thing. If a guy doesn't like the idea of being naked in bed with a chick, they should understand that I really don't want that either. I won't say I don't find women attractive, just that none have ever tempted me to cross that line of friendship to something more. When I say I am 'open-minded', I mean it.

Still, this is my official thank you to anyone who cared enough to comment on my problems.

THANKS GUYS and that included the GALS TOO!!?!!
